  • 1 cup brewed coffee (or black tea)
  • 1 tbsp of extra virgin coconut oil or MCT oil
  • 1 tbsp unsalted grass-fed butter or ghee
  • ¼ – ½ tsp cinnamon
Optional: You can add 3-5 drops of Stevia and 2 tbsp of coconut cream or double cream How to: Place everything into a blender (or use a manual blender) until it’s all smooth. Enjoy This makes up as a great snack replacement or in the morning for you daily pick me up. Adapted from:
